We will provide you with a store credit or exchange for items only where: items are in saleable condition, in their original packaging items have not been worn, damaged, or washed; we are notified within 3 DAYS upon receipt and the items are sent back to us within 7 days from the date of receipt.
International purchase within 4 DAYS from the date of receipt

All returns must meet the requirements below:
- You must request an RMA # within 3 DAYS of receiving your order at firstname.lastname@example.org ( only a store credit or exchange).
- Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in brand new condition. (Unaltered, No damage or signs of wear, Dog or Cat hair, stains; makeup, self-tanner, perfume, cigarette odor, etc)
- Merchandise must have all items attached, including garments or it will not be accepted.
You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, since we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We are not responsible for items not received. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please allow up to 3 business days after we receive your return (not including weekends and holidays) for your Store Credit to be issued. Once your return is processed, you will receive a Store Credit in the form of an e-Gift Card ( email with an e-gift code). Please only inquire about the status if more than 3 business days have passed.
Exchanges / Defective or Incorrect Merchandise
We thoroughly inspect all garments prior to shipping. In the rare instance that the item is defective , damaged or incorrect merchandise, please contact us immediately or within 48 hours after delivery at email@example.com. We will replace it with the same item in the same size.
*We only replace (exchange) "Sale" or "Final Sale" items if they are defective. Please provide us with an image of the defective or damaged (image confirmation required within 48 hours). No refunds No exceptions. Same item will be shipped out.

Please note that garments that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered faulty. The Shipping cost is non-refundable if a refund is requested.
You may cancel an order within 24 hours after payment has been received. We will offer a store credit for any cancellations after 24 hours.
- Store credit will be issued after returned items are reviewed (NO REFUNDS).
Store Credit will be issued to you in a form of an e-Gift Card which is valid for 1 year. A Store Credit/Gift Card can be used to purchase any items on our website and is non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash.
- Clearance items and Sale Items purchases are final sales.
- Shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable.
- Customers will be able to use their store credit to make their exchanges or make a different purchase as they wish. Only the purchase amount will be given as store credit.
- A 15% restocking fee will be applied to any orders rejected upon delivery including shipping charges. Store credit will be issued after deductions. We reserve the right to refuse a return if goods are not returned in a salable condition or are damaged
- Refunds can not be issued for change of mind purchases.
- BWCLOSET reserves the right to apply a 50% restocking fee for accessories (belts, bras, earrings, handbags, hats, lingerie, and necklaces), bodysuits, swimsuits, undergarments, or sale items.
- The return postage is the customer's responsibility.
- Any sale items/ final sale/ promotional items/ discount price that is returned for an exchange, all customers are responsible for both shipping to us and back.
- Please note: we do not offer an exchange or store credit for items that have been damaged from wear and tear and have been damaged past 7 days from the date our product was delivered.
Please note: a reshipment fee will apply to all orders placed using a Store Credit
- If the returned item does not meet our return criteria, it may be subject to a restocking fee, and/or the returned item may be sent back to the customer.
Any items advertised as "FREE SHIPPING" that are returned for a refund will be charged a shipping fee. DHL Shipping $39 per item or (charge is based on how much it costs to ship to your location and the number of items in the package). Standard Shipping (3-7 business days)
Do you charge a restocking fee and other fees?
- Refusal of any packages or refusing to pick up packages will be charged for shipping and a 20% restocking fee
- Damage item return a 20% - 35% fee
- Restock fee on sale/ discount items returned 15%
