                                         Returns and Exchanges 


BWCLOSET will refund or exchange an item at full priced, that is posted back to us within 14 calendar days of receipt by you, provided that it has not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn and that all labels and tags are attached.

                All Sale Items, price tag markdown and selected items are "Final Sale" NO Exception.

Our returns/exchanges policy does not apply in the case of certain products which cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, being swimwear, jewelry and final sale items.
                                                   

            Regular Priced Product Only

    • Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt of your order, all sales after 14 days are final
    • DO NOT mail returned package to address on delivery package, please email us for return instructions
    • BWCLOSET must be notified with the intention to exchange or refund  within 7 days of receiving the items
    • RA (Return Authorization) number is required prior to shipping your return.
    • To return your product for a exchange or refund, simply contact bwclosetzt@gmail.com and include your order number. We will respond with complete and easy return instructions.
    • Items returned to us AFTER 14 days and WITHOUT contacting us, will NOT be refunded and will be sent back to sender.
    • Return shipping must be by a traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery. BWCLOSET  takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries.
    • Please write your order number and RA number clearly on the outside of your return package.
    • Unfortunately we don't cover your shipping costs back to us, but any postage to you in regards to an exchange will be covered by us.
    • If you believe you have received a defective or incorrect merchandise, you must contact Customer Service within 24 hours of delivery ( bwclosetzt@gmail.com) ( all final sale, sale code, clearance items can ONLY be exchange for the same item (smaller or larger))
    • Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and will be immediately sent back to the sender.
    • All special promotions, selected items: (Lingerie, Swimwear, Hosiery, Bodysuit), Clearance, Discount Items and Sale code, will not be eligible for any exchange or return. "Final Sale"
    • Items purchase under special promotions that involve a reduction in price from the normal retail price are final sale.
    • Items advertised as "Free Shipping" that are returned for a refund will be charged the original shipping fee.
    • All Orders are fulfill within 3 business days, out of stocks items fulfill within 7 business days. Not included standard shipping time 2-4 business days (US)
    • Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same card.
    • We inspect all returned items when they arrive.

We are subject to only one exchange/return per item purchased at full price. All exchanges are final.  All Sale Items and selected items are Final Sale NO Exception.

Trying on Garments

  • All BWCLOSET goods are inspected and imaged before packaging, to ensure they are in excellent condition. Products are packaged carefully to ensure minimal chance of damage during transit.
  • Please take care when trying on your new garments for the first time. Full Refund or Exchanged clothing will only be accepted if returned in its original clean condition with tags: unworn, unwashed. We reserve the right to refuse any items not returned in their original state. These items will be immediately sent back to the sender.

 The Following items CANNOT be Return or Exchange

    • Lingerie (no return for sanitary reasons) selected items 
    • Swimwear (no return for sanitary reasons) selected items 
    • Hosiery (no return for sanitary reasons) selected items 
    • Bodysuit ( no return for sanitary reasons) selected items 
    • Final Sale", "Sale", "Promotional Items" or "Clearance" items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
    • Purchases made with a discount/sale code will not be eligible for any exchange or return.

Sale items and Promotional Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately "Final Sale", "Sale", "Promotional Items" "selected items "or "Clearance" items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Promotional Items

Purchases made with a discount/sale code will not be eligible for any exchange or return.

All promotion codes are available for a limited time only, while supplies last and cannot be use once expired. These promotions are not redeemable for cash and cannot be combined with any other promotional codes. Limited to one promotion per order, and in some cases promotions can only be redeemed once per person. If an order is combined with any other code or NOT an promotional item ONLY, order will be cancel. You will see the promotion reflected in your shopping cart on the Order Confirmation page.

 

Return Authorization Number (RA)

BWCLOSET will need to issue an RA (Return Authorization) number to the customer before the items can be sent back. All the details about how to return the items will be provided in this RA email. Once the RA number has been issued you have X days to return the items, a date will be provided. If the items have not been received by BWCLOSET during this time it will not be accepted.

    • RA number written on the outside of the package
    • A RA number will be issued via email within 24 hours
    • Please email us at bwclosetzt@gmail.com and title the subject heading of the email ‘RA number request’ and include your customer order number 

Items returned without an RA number clearly on the exterior of the package will not be accepted and will be marked return to sender. These items are not the responsibility of BWCLOSET. Items received for return will be carefully inspected before any exchange or refund is given.

 

Exchanges / Defective or Incorrect Merchandise

If you believe you have received a defective or incorrect merchandise, you must contact Customer Service within 24 hours of delivery. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at bwclosetzt@gmail.com.

*We only replace (exchange) "Sale" or "Final Sale" items if they are defective. Please provide us with image of the defective or damaged. No refunds No exceptions. Same item will be ship out.

*Please write your order number and RA number clearly on the outside of your return package. 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at bwclosetzt@gmail.com.

International Returns

Please follow the instructions above. You must return your items to the address provided  within 14 days from the day you received your RA number for return. Please write your order # and RA# on the outside of the package. You will receive your refund in the original form of payment. Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges

Return Shipping

To return your product, simply contact bwclosetzt@gmail.com and include your order number and item you would like to exchange. We will respond with complete and easy return instructions.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance and signature confirmation. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.  BWCLOSET is not responsible for lost packages when a buyer does not use an appropriate form of tracking.

FREE SHIPPING

Any items advertised as "FREE SHIPPING" that are returned for a refund will be charged a shipping fee. DHL Shipping $25 per item or (charge is based on how much it cost to ship to your location and the amount of items in package). Standard Shipping (3-5 business days)

Do you charge a restock fee and other fee?

YES.

  • Refusal of any packages or refuse to pickup package will be charge for shipping and a 20% restock fee

    Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    We sure do! 

    How long will it take to receive my order?

    Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 5 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 5-10 days. Shipping time doesn't include our product processing ( fulfill within 3 business day)

    USA Orders

    *All orders come with delivery confirmation via USPS First Class,  Priority Mail or DHL Express.

    *Its the customer responsibility to provide BWCLOSET with the correct shipping address. BWCLOSET take no responsibility for any missing or lost package due to incorrect shipping address.    

    ***BWCLOSET insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature on all goods delivered, at which point the responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. The person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package.

    Do my order come with tracking and insurance?

    International Orders

    All orders are insured and come with tracking via USPS First Class, Priority Mail or DHL Express.

    International Shipping

    Orders are shipped DHL Express with estimated delivery of 5 to 10 days and Priority Mail with estimated delivery of 2 -3 business days, it may take longer depends on USPS processing time and Customs holds for your country.

    *International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and custom fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination and are the responsibility of the recipient.

    Cancellation

    Orders cannot be cancelled after 48 hours

    Cancellation By Us

    We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product is not available for any reason. If we cancel an order for this reason, we will notify you and return any payment you have made. Refunds will be made using the method of payment used by You.
