By purchasing from bwcloset.com, you agree to the following returns policy.
We will provide you with a store credit or exchange for items only where: items are in saleable condition, in their original packaging items have not been worn, damaged, or washed; we are notified within 3 DAYS upon receipt and the items are sent back to us within 7 days from the date of receipt.
International purchase within 4 DAYS from the date of receipt
Our website contains detailed size charts for every single item for your reference.

RETURN POLICY
All returns must meet the requirements below:
- You must request an RMA # within 3 DAYS of receiving your order at bwclosetzt@gmail.com ( only a store credit or exchange).
- Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in brand new condition. (Unaltered, No damage or signs of wear, Dog or Cat hair, stains; makeup, self-tanner, perfume, cigarette odor, etc)
- Merchandise must have all items attached, including garments or it will not be accepted.

- Your Package will be shipped from Guangzhou or USA Worldwide based on your location or product availability.
- Delivery time takes 3-6 business days depending on your location
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. All promotions for free Shipping when return will be charged a $39 shipping fee.
- *International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination and are the responsibility of the recipient.
- We don't cover the lost or stolen parcel by post service, Fedex or by DHL which is authorized by the receiver to leave at the front door, please offer a correct shipping address and don’t use the PO Box address.
- Unfortunately we are unable to cover your shipping costs back to us, but any postage to you in regards to an exchange will be covered by us on all returns due to faulty or incorrect product. All other return customers or responsible for shipping both ways
- You are advised to use a tracked service as the goods are still your property until we receive them. We are not liable for any items that are lost / damaged when returned via a different method that doesn't require tracking or signature.

1. We always do our best to accommodate your needs but it takes 3-5 business days to process, pack and ship orders. Large orders may require additional processing time.
2. Orders placed over the weekend or on any bank holidays will be dispatched on the next business day. Please note that sale and busy periods may cause delays in dispatch.
