 All returns must meet the requirements below: 

• You must request an RMA # within 3 DAYS of receiving your order at bwclosetzt@gmail.com  ( only a store credit or exchange).
• Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in brand new condition. (Unaltered, No damage or signs of wear, Dog or Cat hair, stains; makeup, self-tanner, perfume, cigarette odor, etc)
• Merchandise must have all items attached, including garments or it will not be accepted.
